The social media behemoth’s bid for photo-sharing site Instagram was approved by the Federal Trade Commission, sealing the deal following the government agency’s standard procedure of investigation with regards to the acquisition. While Facebook seems to have the smiles on the government’s thumbs-up, Instagram may a bit off from the bargain – and you probably know the reason why.
