This is really more awesome than how we are hypothetical to obtain it. The path leads throughout the Dhalgur Oasis in Act II – that large open territory that has flowers that can kill you with its poison. When you are in Dahlgur Oasis, stick to the right wall of the territory and keep walking until you can find a very small, short corridor that leads south towards Zevan the Alchemist - an NPC with a blue exclamation mark on his skull who will open an entrance to a strange cave. Inside the cave, look for for a mysterious chest, pillage it and gather the liquid rainbow. Put in mind that there is not always a mysterious chest in the cave, so this might be the hardest item to obtain.
