A Temporary Tattoo

What’s with this blue faced guy smiling? That because it is monitoring the health of the person which was attached on the person’s skin while also making a medical research history. Now, it is developed by a PhD candidate Vinci Hung from the University of Toronto, which a small temporary tattoo that has a solid-contact ion-selective electrode (ISE); that monitors the wearers’ pH change. The primary poing of the tattoo is to monitor the metabolic changes in a non-invasive way through the wearer’s sweat, detecting metabolic disorders or signaling when an athlete is dehydrated during training.
