Ezreal can be played as a physical damage champion relying on his Mystic Shot and his standard attack. His other abilities can be used to supplement this formidable offense. For runes, armor penetration, mana regeneration per level, cooldown reduction and hit points. For masteries, 21 points in offense and 9 in utility. It is a good to focus on critical hits, armor penetration, damage, cooldowns and magic penetration. In the utility tree, get the bonuses to regeneration and increased experience gain.

The Harbringer of Doom, Fiddlesticks

Fiddlesticks is a medium-ranged mage adept at crowd control, area of effect damage and jungling. Fiddlestick’s passive is Dread. All nearby enemies have reduced magic resist.

Food Recipe: Crab Cooked In Coconut Milk

Ginataan, is a Filipino term which refers to food cooked with gata – the Filipino word for coconut milk. Literally translated, ginataan means “done with coconut milk”. Due to the general nature of the term, it can refer to a number of different dishes, each called ginataan, but this time our recipe is Ginataang Alimasag or Crab cooked in Coconut milk.

Tahini-free hummus that only takes minutes, and is a favorite with my kid. In a blender or food processor combine garbanzo beans, garlic, cumin, salt and olive oil. Blend on low speed, gradually adding reserved bean liquid, until desired consistency is achieved.
